  • This commission is non-refundable once confirmed.

Cancellations

  • Cancel up to 24 hours before departure.
  • Only commission is kept upon timely cancellation.
  • Late cancellations may incur full fare charge.

Driver Responsibilities

  • Arrive on time with safe, legal transport.
  • Report issues to TaxiOnlineCuba immediately.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use platform for illegal activities.
  • Impersonate others or provide false info.
  • Interfere with platform’s operation.

Liability

  • We act as an intermediary only.
  • No liability for transport-related issues.
  • We may take action for rule violations.

Privacy

Your personal data is protected. We don’t store full card details.

Changes to Terms
